This is a modification for practical use of the old Afghan Bands. It is an age-old principle brought up to date.
There is a touch of comedy in this effect and because of its nature, it is adapted to mixed audiences made up of a group of young people of the marriageable age.
Performer shows a band of bright red cloth. He tears it in two, thus forming two separate rings. One of these rings is torn in two parts and instead of forming two rings, the two bands are found to be linked together.
The other half of the original band is torn in half and the surprising result is one large band instead of two separate bands.
How it is done
The method, 10 drawings and all it needs, inside the library.
